Working Principle
The two rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through roller gaps where it undergoes compression and shear forces. After passing through the roller gaps, material impacts the sharp edges of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two streams that flow along the front and rear chamber walls before returning to the rotor tops. Within this enclosed environment under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience intensive shearing and mixing, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation components for optimal performance.
Mixing System
The "W" shaped mixing chamber combines with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover to create a fully enclosed mixing space. The prismatic spiral-designed stirring blades eliminate dead angles, enabling comprehensive material shearing and dispersion to meet physical property specifications. Hollow-structured stirring blades feature material-contact surfaces crafted from high-carbon steel, undergoing quenching, tempering, and 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment with hard chrome plating to maximize hardness, ensuring robust, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant performance with minimal material adhesion and extended operational lifespan.
