Working Principle
Inside the mixing chamber, the two rotors rotate at a specific speed ratio relative to each other, drawing material from the feeding port into the gap between the rollers. There, it is subjected to strong squeezing and shearing forces. After passing through the roller gap, the material strikes the sharp "W"-shaped edge of the mixing chamber and splits into two streams, which flow along the gaps between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors before returning to the top area. Within the sealed chamber, the material undergoes intense shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring all components in the formulation are thoroughly dispersed and plasticized, allowing the formulation to achieve optimal performance.

Advanced Anti-Leakage System
Changfeng's anti-leakage powder system utilizes a mechanical shaft seal compression design combined with a self-lubricating sealing ring. This ensures the ring remains tightly sealed throughout the mixing process.
