This granulation unit is designed for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber and plastic materials. Through the main motor, twin rolls feeding, and die-cutting pelletized system, mixed materials from the kneader are forced into the single screw, which builds pressure to extrude and pelletize the material.
The gearbox design complies with ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications. Gears and shaft components are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with GB10095-88 grade 6 precision and HRC-60 tooth surface hardness.
