Product Features
This granulation unit is designed for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber, and plastic materials. The system utilizes a main motor, twin rolls feeding mechanism, and die-cutting pelletized system to force mixed materials from the kneader into the single screw, which builds pressure for extrusion and pelletization.
Gearbox Specifications
Designed according to ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications, featuring high-strength alloy steel gears and shaft components. Gear accuracy meets GB10095-88 grade 6 standards with tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. Includes oversized thrust bearing at output shaft end to handle screw back thrust.
