Working Principle
Inside the mixing chamber, two rotors rotate at a specific speed ratio, drawing feed material into the nip where it undergoes squeezing and shearing forces. After passing through the gap, the material strikes the sharp "W" edge of the chamber and divides into two streams. These flow along the clearances between the chamber walls and rotors before returning to the rotor top. Within the sealed chamber, the mixture experiences strong shear and blending under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring thorough dispersion and plasticization of the formulation for optimal performance.
Mixing System Design
The mixing chamber features a "W" shaped design with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover, creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design without dead angles, ensuring material shearing and dispersion meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are constructed from full alloy material. This provides exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.
