Working Principle
The internal mixer operates using two counter-rotating rotors within the mixing chamber. Materials are fed through the inlet and drawn into the roller gap where they undergo intense shearing and compression. After passing through the gap, materials impact the sharp "W" shaped chamber edge, splitting into two streams that circulate along the front and rear chamber walls. This continuous cycle creates a closed mixing environment where materials experience optimal pressure and temperature conditions for thorough dispersion, plasticization, and formula activation.
Mixing System Design
Features a "W" shaped mixing chamber with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover for complete enclosure. The prismatic spiral stirring blade design eliminates dead angles, ensuring uniform material shearing and dispersion. All material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are constructed from full alloy materials, providing exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring additional coatings.
