Working Principle
The dual rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes compression and shearing. After passing through the gap, material impacts the sharp edge of the "W"-shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two streams that travel along the front and rear chamber walls before returning to the rotor top. Within this sealed environment, materials experience intense shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation components for optimal performance.
Mixing System Design
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M"-style lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The prismatic spiral stirring blades eliminate dead zones, ensuring thorough material shearing and dispersion to meet physical property requirements. Hollow blade construction combined with all-alloy contact surfaces (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) provides exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.
