Working Principle
Within the mixing chamber, two counter-rotating rotors grip the incoming feed and drive it into the gap, where it undergoes powerful squeezing and shearing. The material then strikes the distinctive "W" edge, dividing into two streams that circulate around the chamber and return to the rotor top. This enclosed environment, precisely controlled for temperature and pressure, delivers intensive shear and mixing action, ensuring formulations are evenly dispersed, plasticized, and optimized for maximum performance.
Mixing System Design
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover, creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design that eliminates dead angles, ensuring material shearing and dispersion meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are constructed from full alloy material, providing exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.
