CF-35 Water Rod/Conveyor Pelletizer
This specialized conveyor belt granulator features a unique screw design and multiple configurations, making it ideal for color mixing, modification, and pelletizing of various plastics including PC. The specially treated screw and barrel provide exceptional wear and corrosion resistance while delivering superior dispersion, mixing, and plasticizing performance. An integrated exhaust port removes moisture and volatile gases during production, resulting in stable, compact pellets for high-quality, reliable manufacturing output.

Gearbox System
Designed according to ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications with high-strength alloy steel gears and shafts. Features GB10095-88 Grade 6 gear precision and HRC-60 tooth surface hardness. An oversized thrust bearing on the output shaft handles screw back thrust. High-quality domestic bearings and oil seals ensure high load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and operational efficiency.
