Operating Principle
The two rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes compression and shearing. After passing through the gap, material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two streams that flow along the front and rear chamber walls before returning to the rotor top. Within the sealed chamber, materials experience intensive shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring complete dispersion and plastification for optimal formula performance.
