Operating Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at specific speed ratios, clamping material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two parts that return to the rotor top along the gaps between front/rear chamber walls and rotors. Within the closed mixing chamber under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience strong shearing and mixing action, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formula materials for optimal performance.
