Operating Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other under a specific speed ratio, clamping material from the feeding port and bringing it into the roller gap to be squeezed and sheared by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, it hits the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber and divides into two parts, returning to the top of the rotor along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors. In the closed mixing chamber, material undergoes strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring formula materials are fully dispersed and plasticized for optimal performance.
Mixing System
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover forming a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade uses a prismatic spiral design without dead angles, enabling material to be sheared and dispersed to meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade contacts material through imported all-alloy components (requiring no spraying or electroplating), providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reduced material sticking, and extended service life.
