Heating Plate
Constructed from imported high-temperature resistant steel with deep carbonization and hard chrome plating surface treatments. Features include rapid heat transfer, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and deformation resistance. Equipped with built-in heaters and temperature sensors for high power output, fast heating, sensitive temperature measurement, and minimal temperature variance.

Guide Columns
Four hardened and precisely positioned columns and hydraulic cylinders supported by a thick steel plate base. Features self-lubricating bronze bearings for smooth, noiseless vertical movement. The press includes comprehensive steel safety protection surrounding the top and rear areas, with integrated thermocouples positioned near the surface for accurate temperature monitoring.
Operating Principle
Raw materials are placed in the mold where rubber is shaped under controlled pressure and temperature. After reaching the melting point during the designated time cycle, the process yields products with specific physical properties and characteristics.
