Product Features
Heating Plate
Constructed from imported high-temperature resistant steel with deep carbonization and hard chrome plating surface treatments. Features fast heat transfer, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and no deformation. Built-in heaters and temperature sensors provide high power output, rapid heating, sensitive temperature measurement, and minimal temperature error range.
Cold Conduction Plate
Aluminum construction with anodized surface treatment for corrosion resistance and rapid heat conduction.
Guide Columns
Four hardened, precisely positioned columns and hydraulic cylinders supported by a thick steel plate base. Features self-lubricating bronze bearings for smooth, noiseless lifting and lowering. Heavy steel surrounds the top and rear for operator safety protection. Upper layer includes steel plate with inserted thermocouples near the surface.
Operating Principle
Raw materials are placed in the mold where rubber is shaped under rated pressure and temperature. After reaching the melting point over a specified period, the product achieves defined physical properties.
Applications
Primarily used in rubber and plastic products, polyolefins, PVC, films, coils, profiles production, polymer blending, pigments, masterbatches, and stabilizers. Designed to test physical property changes and comparisons of raw materials after molding, including color dispersion, light transmittance, surface glossiness, detection of black spots, strength, plasticity, and hardness with added auxiliary materials.
