Product Superiority
Heating Plate
Constructed from imported high-temperature resistant steel with deep carbonization surface treatment and hard chrome plating. Features include fast heat transfer, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and no deformation. Built-in heaters and temperature sensors provide high power output, rapid heating, sensitive temperature measurement, and minimal temperature error range.
Cold Conduction Plate
Aluminum construction with anodized surface treatment for corrosion resistance and rapid heat conduction.
Guide Columns
Four hardened and precisely positioned columns with hydraulic cylinders, supported by a thick steel plate base. Features self-lubricating bronze bearings for smooth, noiseless lifting and lowering. The press is surrounded by heavy steel for operator safety protection, with upper layer steel plates containing inserted thermocouples near the surface.
Operating Principle
Raw materials are placed in the mold where rubber is shaped under rated pressure and temperature. After reaching the melting point over a specified period, the product achieves defined physical properties through the vulcanization process.
