Product Features
This granulation unit is specifically designed for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber, and plastic materials. The system utilizes a main motor, twin rolls feeding mechanism, and die-cutting pelletized system to force mixed materials from the kneader into the single screw, where pressure builds up for efficient extrusion and pelletizing.
Gearbox Specifications
Designed according to ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications, this gearbox features high-strength alloy steel gears and shaft components. Gear accuracy meets GB10095-88 Grade 6 standards with tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. An oversized thrust bearing at the output shaft end handles screw back thrust, while domestic high-quality bearings and oil seals ensure reliability.
