Product Features
This granulation unit is engineered for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber, and plastic materials. The system utilizes main motor power, twin rolls feeding, and die-cutting pelletized technology to force mixed materials from the kneader into the single screw, which builds pressure for efficient extrusion and pelletizing.
Gearbox Specifications
Designed according to ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications, this gearbox features high-strength alloy steel gears and shaft components. Gear accuracy meets GB10095-88 grade 6 standards with tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. An oversized thrust bearing at the output shaft end handles screw back thrust.
