Product Features
This granulation unit is specifically designed for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber, and plastic raw materials. The system utilizes main motor power, twin rolls feeding, and die-cutting pelletized technology to force mixed materials from the kneader into the single screw, where pressure builds for efficient extrusion and pelletizing.

Designed according to ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications, featuring high-strength alloy steel gears and shaft components with GB10095-88 grade 6 precision and HRC-60 surface hardness.
