Product Features
This granulation unit is specifically designed for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber, and plastic materials. Through the main motor, twin rolls feeding system, and die-cutting pelletized system, mixed materials from the kneader are forced into the single screw, which builds up pressure to extrude and pelletize the material efficiently.
Gearbox Specifications
Designed according to ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications, featuring high-strength alloy steel gears and shaft components. Gear accuracy meets GB10095-88 grade 6 standards with tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. An oversized thrust bearing at the output shaft end handles screw back thrust. All main standard components including bearings and oil seals are domestic high-quality products.
