Product Features
This granulation unit is designed for processing PVC, EVA, TPR, rubber, and plastic raw materials. Through the main motor, twin rolls feeding, and die-cutting pelletized system, mixed material from the kneader is forced into the single screw, which builds up pressure to extrude and pelletize the material efficiently.
Gearbox Specifications
The gearbox design complies with ZBJ19009-88 technical specifications. Gears and shaft components are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with GB10095-88 grade 6 precision and HRC-60 tooth surface hardness.
