Working Principle
The two rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at a specific speed ratio, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing. After passing through the gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two streams that return to the rotor top via the front and rear chamber walls. Within this enclosed environment under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience intensive shearing and mixing, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization for optimal formulation performance.
Mixing System
The "W" shaped mixing chamber combines with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover to create a fully enclosed mixing space. The prismatic spiral stirring blade design eliminates dead angles, enabling thorough material shearing and dispersion to meet physical property requirements. The hollow stirring blades feature high-carbon steel construction in material-contact areas, undergoing quenching, tempering, and 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment with hard chrome plating for increased hardness, ensuring durability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
