Working Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, clamping material from the feeding port and directing it through roller gaps where it undergoes squeezing and shearing. After passing through the gaps, material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two streams that return to the rotor top. In this enclosed environment, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization for optimal formula performance.
Mixing System
Features a "W" shaped mixing chamber with "M" shaped lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The prismatic spiral stirring blades eliminate dead angles, ensuring thorough shearing and dispersion. Hollow blade construction with high-carbon steel material-contact parts undergoes quenching, tempering, and 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment with hard chrome plating for enhanced hardness, durability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-stick properties.
