Working Principle
Inside the mixing chamber, two rotors rotate relative to each other at a defined speed ratio, drawing material through the feed port into the nip area between rotors. There, materials undergo intense squeezing and shearing forces. As material passes through the rotor gap, it strikes the sharp "W"-shaped edge of the mixing chamber, splitting into two streams that flow along clearances between chamber walls and rotors, eventually cycling back to the rotor top. Within the sealed chamber, materials are thoroughly sheared and blended under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation ingredients for maximum compound performance and consistency.

Advanced Sealing Technology
Changfeng's anti-leakage powder device employs mechanical shaft seal tightening technology with self-lubricating seal rings that maintain compression and sealing during mixing.
