Working Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through roller gaps for compression and shearing. After passing through the gaps, material impacts the "W" shaped chamber edge, dividing into two streams that circulate along chamber walls and rotor surfaces. This closed-system process ensures strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions for optimal dispersion and plasticization.
