Operating Principle
The dual rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes compression and shearing. After passing through the gap, material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, splitting into two streams that flow along the front/rear chamber walls and rotor gaps before returning to the rotor top. Within this enclosed environment under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience intensive shearing and mixing, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization for optimal formulation performance.
Mixing System
The "W" shaped mixing chamber combines with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover to create a fully enclosed mixing space. Prismatic spiral stirring blades eliminate dead angles, meeting physical property requirements for material shearing and dispersion. Hollow blade construction features high-carbon steel components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) that undergo precision tempering, deep nitriding heat treatment for 72 hours in vacuum, and tungsten carbide surface spraying. This results in wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant surfaces that resist material adhesion and ensure extended service life.
