Product Overview
This mixer features tungsten carbide ultra-wear-resistant and pollution-free coating on all material-contact components including mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, and mixing blade shaft. It is designed for stirring, dispersing, and mixing metal powders with binders and other formulations at controlled temperatures. When materials form into a mud mass, they are discharged for subsequent processing. Ideal for small-batch production, prototyping, laboratory research, and educational applications.

Operating Principle
The two rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes compression and shearing. After passing through the gap, material impacts the sharp edge of the "W"-shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two streams that flow along the front/rear chamber walls and rotor interfaces before returning to the rotor top. Within this sealed environment under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience intensive shearing and mixing, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization for optimal formulation performance.
Mixing System
The "W"-shaped mixing chamber combines with an "M"-shaped lower pressure cover to create a fully enclosed mixing space. Prismatic spiral stirring blades eliminate dead angles, ensuring thorough material shearing and dispersion to meet physical property requirements. Hollow stirring blades and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are constructed from premium high-carbon steel, precision-tempered and processed. Following 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment in vacuum, surfaces receive tungsten carbide coating and smoothness treatment for exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
