Operating Principle
Dual rotors within the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through roller gaps where it undergoes compression and shearing. After passing through the gaps, material impacts the sharp "W" shaped chamber edge, dividing into two streams that flow along front/rear chamber walls and rotor interfaces before returning to rotor tops. Within this sealed environment under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience intensive shearing and mixing, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization for optimal formulation performance.
Mixing System Design
The "W" shaped mixing chamber combines with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover to create a fully enclosed mixing space. Prismatic spiral stirring blades eliminate dead angles, meeting physical property requirements for material shearing and dispersion. Hollow blade construction features high-carbon steel material-contact components (chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, blade shaft) tempered and precision-processed with 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment in vacuum. Tungsten carbide surface spraying and smoothness treatment provide exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended operational lifespan.
