Product Overview
The open mixing mill is engineered for batch mixing of plastics and rubber compounds. It features two side-by-side rollers with adjustable gap spacing, designed to deliver well-plasticized and uniformly mixed materials to downstream equipment such as calenders. During operation, the counter-rotating rollers apply precise shear and compression forces to the rubber. Continuous kneading promotes thorough mixing and facilitates chemical reactions, breaking down molecular chains to ensure consistent dispersion of fillers, additives, and polymers—meeting all rubber mixing requirements.
