This open intermittent mixing device is designed for plastic materials processing, featuring two parallel rollers with adjustable gap spacing. The mill efficiently mixes and plasticizes uniformly blended raw materials, delivering properly mixed and plasticized molten materials to calenders.
Working Principle
During rubber mixing operations, the mill utilizes the extrusion and shearing effects generated by two counter-rotating rollers. Through repeated kneading and mixing cycles accompanied by chemical reactions, the equipment breaks internal macromolecular chains within rubber and plastic compounds. This process ensures homogeneous dispersion of all components, achieving optimal mixing results.
